About tv99

tv99 was founded with a single purpose: to give Bangladeshi players a safe, fast and genuinely entertaining online gaming experience they can rely on. From Dhaka to Chittagong, from Sylhet to Cox's Bazar, we built tv99 around the needs of real players — people who love cricket, enjoy live casino action and want their winnings paid out without delay.

Since launching, tv99 has grown into one of Bangladesh's most recognised online platforms for sports betting and casino games. Our library spans hundreds of slots from world-class providers, live dealer tables powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, crash games like Aviator by Spribe, and comprehensive cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and every Bangladesh Tigers match that matters.

We are not a faceless corporation. tv99 is a team of gaming enthusiasts, product engineers and customer-care specialists who genuinely care about the player experience. Every feature we ship — from instant bKash deposits to 24/7 live support — exists because our players asked for it.

Our mission is straightforward: deliver the most trusted, most enjoyable and most rewarding gaming platform available to players in Bangladesh. We measure success not by the size of our game library but by whether our players come back — and whether they feel respected every time they do.

Four core values drive everything we build at tv99. They are not marketing words — they are the criteria we apply every time we make a product decision, hire a team member or resolve a player dispute.

tv99 is designed specifically for players across Bangladesh — from cricket fans in Rajshahi tracking BPL odds on their phone during the afternoon break, to casino enthusiasts in Dhaka who prefer to play Andar Bahar after work. We understand local payment habits, local sporting culture and local expectations around customer service. That understanding shapes every decision we make.

Whether you are a first-time player depositing ৳500 to try a slot, or a seasoned bettor placing complex cricket accumulators during an IPL knockout, tv99 scales to your needs. Our VIP programme rewards consistent players with cashback, higher withdrawal limits and priority support — because loyalty deserves recognition, not just a welcome bonus.

We partner with the payment methods Bangladeshi players already use every day. Deposits are instant and require no bank account — just open your mobile wallet and send. We accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major international cards including Visa and Mastercard. Our finance team processes withdrawal requests seven days a week so you never wait over a weekend to access your funds.

Every game on tv99 uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be manipulated. Our live casino streams are sourced directly from licensed studios, and all odds are calculated in real time from genuine market data. We do not alter odds after a bet is placed. We do not delay payouts to improve our short-term cash position. When you win, you get paid.

We also take player wellbeing seriously. tv99 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and provides every registered player with tools to manage their gaming activity responsibly — including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and voluntary self-exclusion. If you ever feel that gaming is becoming a problem, our support team and the tools in your account settings are there to help. Gaming should always be fun. At tv99, we work every day to make sure it is.
